The Russo Ukrainian War and the Israeli Palestinian conflict have caused great suffering and displacement of people. For this reason, artist Forest Young asked someone to find a shoe sole left behind from the Ukrainian battlefield, and based on it, created the oil painting The Traces I Left Behind in This World Series 2. Using this black sole filled with mud and cannon fodder as the visual center, collage a loaf of bread, an instant noodle, and two shell casings, and finally collage a tissue paper from my own son's crying, to construct a complete anti war narrative.
