There are 21 million children in China who need to follow their migrant parents to migrate to cities, and one-fourth of them do not have the opportunity to receive education. In order to appeal to the public and public opinion to pay attention to this situation, the New Citizen Plan invites artist Forest Young to create an art installation outside an art museum near Beijing. This work is made from building materials commonly used by migrant workers, with each piece containing an untouchable book, allowing for a firsthand experience of the helplessness of migrant worker children's difficulty in accessing education.
